[Evolution] How to setup a custom print string as the default

Hi

Had a good look around, but have only seen one reference to this one
with no solution, but that posting was 2 years ago.

I want to have a custom print command instead of the default lpr, is
there any other solution other than amending lpr to point to my custom
command?
