Not sure, i guess create a bug report on, and attach
an example message.

Might just be a broken message, using some busted windows charset
instead of what it says it is (we have code to test for that case but
maybe its not working).  Or it could be an incomplete font, etc.

It was already set to default.  Anything else I can do?
