You might want to take a look at
http://www.ime.usp.br/~rsilva/bogo-and-evo/ - that page shows how to do
this using Evo and bogofilter; I've modified it to use Evo with
spamprobe, and I suspect you could do the same for use with SA. It's a
bit of a hack (you set aside two labels, one for spam, one for ham, and
filter on those), but I've found it to work reasonably well for me.
Also, I hear that there is experimental work in Evo 1.5 to incorporate
this functionality directly into the UI, although it sounds like it
might only work with SA, instead of letting the user pick the spam
filter of their choice.
