[Evolution] Working with Exchange 2k3

All,

  I was able to get my evolution working with Exchange 2k3 with
Kerberos.

1 - Configure Evolution Settings
2 - Configure Kerberos to get a ticket
3 - From a shell run Kinit and get your credentials
4 - Launch Evolution from the same shell that the Kerberos ticket was
granted from

Evolution should work. 

I did however on the inital load get the error that it couldn't scan the
folder list. However when I clicked on my profile name on the left hand
side it prompted for a password and I authenticated and it worked.
