Yep, this is possible. Actually, I do use vFolders with vFolders only as
"specific folders" source.

Default is "if all criteria are met". This sure will fail for this
'true' workaround. I don't suppose, you overlooked this? ;)

Maybe try the real 'true' condition for this case:

  if "Expression" "#t"
