Since I upgraded to 1.4.x there have been problems with the shortcut bar. Has anyone else seen these? 1) Scroll mouse no longer works. 2) sometimes the scroll bar is fooey. Currently there is no bar, and there is no top traingle. 3) Sometimes when I scroll it lags like 45 secs. 4) Sometimes it does not scroll (or lags to the point of not scrolling). 5) Sometimes it works fine.
