[Evolution] some questions of a new user

Hi all,

I just installed evolution and I'm quite impressed.

I installed it on a FreeBSD 4.8 from the ports collection, seems to work
fine, but some menu items simply do not work, first of them the help /
contents menu entry.

Did I miss anything (install the manual seperately) or is something
broken with my install?
(hm, I just saw some error messages on the console from which I started
evolution:
(evolution-1.4:82964): Bonobo-WARNING **: Error: 'Fehler beim Ausführen
des mit diesem Speicherorts verknüpften Befehls der Vorgabeaktion.', any
ideas?)


Secondly (and this might be a FAQ or explained in the online help, but
as I can not access my online help...): if I have mails with attachments
or HTML links, how do I tell evolution which program to invoke (i.e. as
mailcap does for mutt)?
