I never tried it, but you may be able to copy the
~/evolution/filters.xml file over to another machine. Close the target
Evolution before doing this.
You don't even need to stop Evolution for this. It re-reads the
filters.xml every time. Just scp ~/evolution/filters.xml
remote-machine:evolution/ and voilà !
