Is there any way to force Evolution to display the time the message was
received instead of the time on the clock of the user who sent the
message?
Right click on any header in the mail list view, "Add a column".
Drag-n-drop the "Received" column to the mail list headers where you
want it to be.
Wit another right click to the "Date" header you can remove that.
