[Evolution] Evolution 1.2.4 hangs up 10 times a day

I find it so hard to use Evolution on Debian testing/unstable. It hangs
almost everytime I read my emails. I have to killev and restart. 

Anybody experiencing this problem. It claims that I have something like
1000 messages when it is obviously wrong. Does it count addresses as
messages?
