It's not in bugzilla, but it has warnings in the code - so it's known. 
The new gtkhtml properties are not fully supported.

I think I've seen this when I open a folder in a new window, but not in
the main window after restarting - but there seems to be problems/issues
with some of the preferences still.  I'd open a bug.
