You might try bbdb-vcard-export.el to export your Big Brother Database
to vcards, and then import the vcards into Evo via File -> Import.
bbdb-vcard-export.el can be found at:
http://www.panix.com/~jimh/bbdb-vcard-export.el

I've never used it, but it might work. :-)
