No, no! What I want is what *you* have - i.e. the way the test account
is in my screenshot. The other toolbar in that screenshot is what I in
fact have, and I DO hate having it like that! I don't know how it got
set that way, but it's been like that since pre 1.0. I only realised it
was configurable (somehow) when I was fiddling around in a testing
account.
