[Evolution] Avoid using MS-Outlook... but can't switch to Linux

Hello, there!

This is my first post to the Evolution mailing list.
I do really like the program and want to use it at the office the same 
way I use it at home (under Gnome2 + Debian GNU/Linux).
Sadly, here we must use Windows OS, but I've been using open source 
tools since I can.

However, I want to co-exist with other users' MS-Outlook features 
(specially when my boss sets up tasks...), so I started thinking about 
migrating from Mozilla mail client for win32 to Evolution.... if there's 
a port for win32 systems.

I have CygWin correctly installed and running and can run KDE3.1 on it.

Can I use Evolution under CygWin?
