[Evolution] Can't send mail with Evolution 1.3.92

Hi all :)

I upgraded from 1.3.3 to 1.3.92 and cannot send mail.  I receive a
dialog box containing the following text when trying to send:

'Error while performing operation:
MAIL FROM response error: Syntax error, command unrecognized'

I reverted back to 1.3.3 and it works fine.  I'm running GNOME 2.3.2 and
have even tried rebuilding GNOME and then Evo again, but I still have
the same problem.  This is trying to send via POP3, I don't use  IMAP.  

If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.  If I need to file a
bug report (I didn't see one similar in bugzilla) please let me know.
