I'm waiting for a busy search without having to
buy an exchange server.
Hi Joe
I´d suggest you install JiCal from sourceforge.net.
It creates free/busy files from Evolution´s iCalendar.ics which each
user creates if they use the calendar.
Some sites are running JiCal as a cron job and creating all users FB
files on an hourly basis.

As well as the Free/Busy stuff, it also can render HTML/PDF/SVG and XML
from your calendars. A recent client has had it extended to create
Week-At-A-Glance workgroup views for their Unix shop.
Try it you´ll like it.

You hint in the configs about publishing your schedule to a url,
but I've never seen anything documented about this.
