I began using Evo 1.4.0 almost as soon as it was released (I had been using
GNOME 2.2 already and was anticipating 1.4...), and I recently upgraded to
1.4.3. In both versions, though, I will be using Evolution in standard
routines, and it will just hang in the middle of an action all of a sudden.
I have two IMAP accounts, one connecting to an Exchange server and one
connecting to a Courier-IMAP server. Here is the output from my current
Evolution session in a shell with CAMEL_VERBOSE_DEBUG=1:
sending : A02265 SELECT INBOX

received: * 54 FETCH (UID 13445)

And the message in the status line is just "Expunging folder (...)". The
program is currently unresponsive.
If I quit, Evo will take on the order of 10 minutes to quit. Often, this
seems to coincide with an attempt to send a message. The message gets sent
but does not get written to the appropriate folder (or so it seems). I've
had people complain about duplicate messages because any outgoing messages
remain in the Outbox unless I delete them when I next restart Evolution.
Any thoughts? Is there a bug on this? I wasn't even really sure what to
look for.
