I tried to import M$ Lookout contacts using CSV and the CSV2VCF v-card converter.  I could never get this 
work with EVO.  

My frustration and Google produced OUTPOD.  Slick.  Check it out to convert import contacts.  Now if only EVO 
would use intelligent category handling...
