2 new commands:
- break thread (look at this thread, for instance) at current msg
- thread this msg by subject

(Of these, the first is probably of more use, since I often do not see
broken messages at all. OTOH, the 2nd command would be cool to have as
an action on filters: for these mailers|authors, thread by Subject).
I have requested that functionality about a week ago. Would be really
nice, to break threads and manually set In-Reply-To headers.
At least I see both of them regularly.
