[Evolution] note for users of evolutiopn 1.3/snapshots

Hi guys,

We've just turned on configuration upgrades in evolution, and it should
appear in the next snapshot/cvs build.

This will grab your previous evolution version's configuration, and move
it to the new evolution configuration system (i.e. gconf).  This will
overwrite any configuration you may have setup/changed since using
evolution 1.3 (assuming you've used prior versions/still have their data
in ~/evolution).  It will only run once.

I left some debug printf's turned on, so if there are problems there is
soome debugging info about it.

It shouldn't affect other things like vfolders, filters and the like.

It will also leave your existing config in place, so you should be able
to switch back to 1.2 at will (not at the same time!).
