[Evolution] Re:Evolution 1.2.1 shows Euro sign in subject (¤) line but not in message body??

That's strange, as i thought i had checked that. 
However, that was Friday :-) 
Today is another day...so i thought i would double
check everything again and lo and behold, all my font
preferences were NOT defined as 8859-15 - resetting
them all to 8859-15 has SOLVED the problem.
