Re: [Evolution] Do instructions exist for building from source?

After lurking on the list for a few days and reading several archives...
I sent my basic question to a list member, gunther; who was not amused
that I e-mailed him directly...

Not amused? Hey, I wasn't harsh in any way -- but I *had* to tell you,
to ask in here, as I cannot answer your question. You really wouldn't be
the first to get custom answers and solutions off-list by me.

Sorry, if you got my reply wrong.

Speaking of not being amused (and netiquette):

- You just hijacked a totally unrelated thread. Please do not Reply
rather than starting a new thread for new topics.

- You participate on a mailing list but did not ask the public. You even
noted this on the list and sort of blamed me for not answering your
private question, unrelated to existing threads.

- You even quoted my personal mail to you on a public list. No big point
this time, as everybody can clearly see, that I was polite end even
tried to answer some bits.

*Now* I am not amused any more.

btw: guenther is written with an 'e'.

Oh, and not to mention: Questions about compiling from source are *not*
basic questions.
