In evolution-1.4.4 is no Display Option available in the Folder
Subscription-Window like in 1.2.* .
Instead I only checked "Override server-supplied folder namespace" in my
Account-Settings and left Namespace empty.
Next time I start evolution the "Shared"-Folder and also the subfolder
appear.
This seems to work fine with all people I have give the appropriate
rights to the folder and subfolder (cyradm -> setaclmailbox).
