Under Tools/Mail Settings/Receiving Mail:
Server Type: Local delivery
Path: /home/mpierce/Mail/mbox
[...]
Evo error:
Error while 'Fetching Mail':
Could not open mail file /home/mpierce/Mail/mbox: Is a directory
Server Type: Standard Unix mbox spools
Path: /home/mpierce/Mail/mbox
[...]
Evo error:
Error while 'Opening store spool:/home/mpierce/Mail/mbox':
Spool'/home/mpierce/Mail/mbox' does not exist or is not a regular file
I'm not sure (using IMAP only, so can't check my settings) but the error
seems to be the same:
It says, it 'is directory' (seems not expecting directory) and 'is not a
regular file' (seems to expect a regular file).
- Have you tried with a trailing '/'?
- Or pointing to that mbox file?
Just a really wild guess, I may be totally wrong, though. HTH
