[Evolution] Backup addressbook, contacts, tasks?

How do I most easily do a backup to floppy disk, without backing up the
entire /home/user/evolution subdir?  I'd like something easy enough to
be able to be a daily backup.  

Which files specifically contain addressbook, contacts, task, and mail?
