you want your first action to be "Mark As Read" and the second action to
be the Move.

Think of it this way:

All your actions apply only to messages in the "inbox" (or whatever
folder is being filtered), and thus - if you Move a message and then
mark it as read, you've really just marked the deleted copy in the Inbox
as read (which is not what you wanted).

what you want to do is mark it as read, and then move it, because once
you move it - you can no longer "see" it since it is in another folder.
