Completely ignoring all Filters relating to POP accounts that are 
filtering  for "Source Accounts".  I'm basically filtering all pop
accounts into separate folders if they don't match my mailing lists 
accounts.  This is after I upgraded my stuff to the new beta. 1.2
(latest binaries on ximian.com.).

If I select messages and right click and hit "apply filters" it moves
the messages out of the 'inbox' but copies them to each and every folder
where I have possible mail going to based on my filters.
