Ctrl +/- will grow/shrink the font size.  To set the size permanently
larger for evolution-1.0.8 go to the gnome-control-center and change the
font settings for "HTML Viewer".  In evolution-1.1.x you can change the
font size from the Tools->Preferences dialog.
