Perosonnaly, I had to restart evolution for it to take the viewer
settings into account correctly. Maybe you'll have to do it as well.

larger for evolution-1.0.8 go to the gnome-control-center and change the
font settings for "HTML Viewer". In evolution-1.1.x you can change the
font size from the Tools->Preferences dialog.

(View/Text Size/Larger 5 times is a pain) or to bind a key that will let
