Hi,
After logging out for the night and logging back in this morning, the
gpilotd wasn't running...
Because I read on several locations that you have to press the HotSync
button before starting the gpilotd, I pressed it and then started the
wizard (from Evolution).
After completing the same steps as before (/dev/pilot now points to
/dev/usb/ttyUSB1) My PDA says the HotSync operation is complete (but it
did report an error before that) but on my computer I got the following
warning:
no ident
restoring pilot without ident
c/r = 986552504/67108864, exciting things will soon be here...
I still can only press cancel or back on the wizard's screen and no info
has been synced to my pda...
What does this warning mean?
And what do should I do from here?
TIA
