[Evolution] Unable to create new IMAP folder (upgraded to 1.2.0)

Hi, I recently upgraded to Evolution v1.2.0 (FreeBSD) and suddenly I am
unable to create new IMAP folders. I tried creating one called
'Linux-LVM' and I get the pop-up error - 

Cannot create the specified folder:
Generic error

Is this a bug? am I doing something wrong? It worked fine in the 1.0.x
series.
