You *may* have to use tcpdump or etherape or whatever, if the last
transaction involved literal content because CAMEL_VERBOSE_DEBUG won't
print those.

there's no crash or core to speak of -- just a hang.
go to support.ximian.com, click "knowledge base" on the lefthand side,
and search for "CAMEL_VERBOSE_DEBUG". Click the entry about "getting the
traffic between evolution and my server" or something like that (should
be the first match). Follow the directions there.
Then, the interesting bit is, what's the last exchange between evo and
the server before it hangs?
