[Evolution] Build errors in gal, gtkhtml and evolution with latest GNU releases of automake and autoconf.

All testing is with latest cvs HEAD trees.

Attempting to run ./autogen.sh in gal:

Attempting to run ./autogen.sh in evolution:

Along with lots of other warnings, there occur ~300 times:

configure.in:721: invalid unused variable name: `KRB4_LDFLAGS'
configure.in:719: invalid unused variable name: `KRB5_LDFLAGS'
configure.in:357: invalid unused variable name: `DB3_LDADD'
configure.in:876: invalid unused variable name: `NSS_LDFLAGS'

Eventually, it quits with the helpful message:

        **Error**: automake failed.
