[Evolution] Filter problem

I've noticed a wierd problem with filters in
version 1.0.2.  It seems that if I have the filter
list window open, and I try and create a filter
based on a selected message, it does not appear in the
filter list.  Even if I close then re-open the filter
list.  I can only add filters from within a message
if the filter list box is not open.

Has anyone else seen this?  I wanted to check before
I reported it as a bug.
