[Evolution] Re: Reply to attached messages

I installed the devel snapshot, and indeed this is now implemented.

1. It doesn't work for attached messages, only for multipart/digest

2. The way it works for digests isn't optimal: Mast of the time, I just
want to read the digest, so when I look at the message, I'd like to see
the messages in the digest. Right now, I have to click to "View
messages", evolution opens a message list, then I have to put focus on
the first message to get it into the preview pane, then I have to click
on each message or tab through them using '.' to read them.

If I just want to *read* the message, I should only have to open the
digest and then use the scroll wheel to scroll through them.

1. Digests should be displayed expanded (a la 1.0.x) so that I can read
them without haveing to deal with an entire new folder window.

2. In order to be able to forward, save, copy, etc multiple messages,
the option to open the digest in a folder window (with message list and
preview pane) should be retianed (ie, a button "Open this digest as aa

3. There should be an attachment icon with drop-down menu for each
message (with all the options of the message preview context menu, so
that I can print, save, forward, reply to, etc. to each message
individually). The same should work for single attached messages.

Make sense? Should I open a bug for that?

Jeff, how do you reply to an attached message? There's no context
menu in the preview pane in 1.0.8; will it be there in 1.1?

+it's there now.
+you have to click a "View aMessages" thingy and then you get a
+message-list view of the forwarded message(s) and then you can

Sorry, Jeff, I don't get it. Which "thingy"? Both in a
multipart/digest, or if I forward a message (as attachment) to myself,
all I can seem to do is look at the attachment. There's no drop-down
menu like for other attachements (save, open with, etc). Right-click on
the attachment does nothing. (This is in 1.0.8 snapshot).
