Shut down Evolution

Remove (or maybe *move* it to some other location in case I remember
wrong) this file:

  $HOME/evolution/local/Calendar/calendar.ics

Then do a "killev" and restart Evo; the calendar should now be empty.

It might also be a good idea to remove the

  $HOME/evolution/local/Calendar/calendar.ics~

backup file, but I am not sure whether Evolution automatically restores
the calender from this backup if the calendar.ics file goes missing.
