[Evolution] how do i collapse all threads

i have recently subscribed to many mailinglists, including this one, and
accordingly have realized that the ability to collapse all threads would
be real nice. am i overlooking the location of such an option, or does
it not exist? if it doesnt where can i go to submit a feature request?
