[Evolution] Calendar Display In the Summary

This is not really a bug so much as a cosmetic thing. When you view your
Calendar summary (In Summary Evo 1.0.2) the All Day Events Start at
0:00. This strikes me as a little strange, as I would expect an 'All
Day' Event Not to be associated with any particular time. Such as
someones Birthday.
It would be more logical for it to have:
01 March, Sara's Birthday
then:
0:00 01 March, Sara's Birthday
