Sorry to barge in on this thread...

Is there a reason why my default contacts folder can't be my ldap
server?  When I select the ldap server in my list of folders, the OK
button becomes grey'd out.

Also, is it possible to get the best of both worlds, but auto completing
against your local contacts and an ldap server?  I can't seem to get the
autocomplete to work properly with the ldap server by itself.

P.S. I don't have write access to the ldap directory.
