[Evolution] Bogus time

Why does evolution think I'm running 2 hours ahead of GMT when I'm only
running 1? If you look at the "Date" header on this message, you'll see
that is says "... +0200".
My clock is okay: (unsetenv TZ; date) shows the correct time - synced
with ntp, and I've not noticed any other programs misbehaving. Mutt
gets the time correct, for instance.
I've checked my timezone in the Calendar Settings and it says
"Europe/London" (which is close enough).
This Evolution v1.0.3 on FreeBSD-4.5-STABLE, with everything built from
source.
Any ideas?
