Sorry, where is this cite from? I think many readers would be interested
in this document (url)...
I'm curious too, since it shouldn't be needed by evolution in order to
modify/create entries.
The code tries to get the subschema info anonymously when you first
connect, but if it fails it'll try again after you authenticate (which
you have to do before evolution will let you modify/create cards.)
