Well there sort of is.  Maybe Joseph is compiling from CVS?  I am:

  Configuration :

          gnome-vfs    : yes
          network sync : yes
          usb          : yes
          oaf          : no
          gob          : yes
          pilot-link   : 0.9.6-cvs

Now type `make' to compile gnome-pilot


I thought the CVS version was necessary.  Maybe not, but it kind of
works for me.
