in the 'Sent' folder, you've got the 'Edit as new message' option in the
context menu (right-click). It opens a composer window with the message
selected, with the To:, Cc:, etc set as for the original message, so you
just have to press send to resend the message

For other folders, this option does not seem to be available though.
