[Evolution] blinking cursor

When i jump using TAB from one field to another, when the cursor lands
in the destination field, sometimes _it's_off_first_.
This is apparently a small issue, but i believe it's actually a not so
small one from the usability p.o.v.. The cursor should land on the
destination field being _on_first_ no matter what, otherwise you'll have
one second of disorientation: "where did my cursor go?". :o)
Remember, it's a blinking cursor, so the state in the destination field
should be forced somehow to be first ON.

Is this a GTK issue or something?...
