This is not the case for me. Cursor appears to be ON first (talking
about the ON/OFF blink cycle) when tabbing between fields. I'm using
these:
evolution-0.13.99-snap.ximian.200109180708
gtk+-1.2.10-ximian.10

This is apparently a small issue, but i believe it's actually a not so
small one from the usability p.o.v.. The cursor should land on the
destination field being _on_first_ no matter what, otherwise you'll have
one second of disorientation: "where did my cursor go?". :o)
Remember, it's a blinking cursor, so the state in the destination field
should be forced somehow to be first ON.
Is this a GTK issue or something?...
