[Evolution] shortcuts

I wrote an email to the list a little while back asking how to get my
shortcuts buttons back after thee were a few missing.  In the evolution/
folder there is a file called shortcuts.xml, I was able to make a copy
of this file from another box and replace the one I was uodríguezsing.

Viola.
