[Evolution] New message defaults

In the same vein as an earlier message I post regarding replying from a
Mailbox with a specific reply address, I would expect to have evolution
default to the reply address of the folder currently selected when I
pressed the New Message button. Right now it is selecting the first one
in the list. Not major but would be convenient.
