[Evolution] Update to RC2 fails security check on libgal18

I tried to update to RC2 Evolution this afternoon, from several sites

I am running Debian 2.2r3 foundation and using RedCarpet.

I keep getting a security failure on the package libgal18.

Any tips on what to do? Is this my problem of a problem with the posted
code?
