IMAP just doesn't do calendar and addressbook. I know, when you connect
to the Exchange server via IMAP, you get a folder called "Contacts" that
has some stuff in it, and another folder called "Calendar" that has some
stuff in it, and it looks like if you could just get Evolution to play
around, you could see the rest of the data and have it all just work.
But you can't. IMAP doesn't do calendar and addressbook. The rest of the
data isn't available via the IMAP server. What You See Is All You Get.
