[Evolution] NNTP and help files in snapshots

Two questions:

1) I install the Evolution snapshots via Red-Carpet.  When are the
packages going to start including the help files that are supposed to be
with Evolution?  They are not in the RH 7.1 snapshots.

2) Does reading newsgroups work yet?  I was going to look in the help
files, but they aren't there...
